General Conditions of Sale – Boothe Training Institute

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Boothe Training Institute network. Any natural or legal person placing an order with Boothe Training Institute via our secure payment platform, or by any other accepted means of payment, is considered a “client.”

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: Boothe Training Institute only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Any subscriber to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) may be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria may be immediately reimbursed and a return of the product(s) concerned may be required where applicable.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to Boothe Training Institute implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in U.S. dollars (USD), exclusive of any applicable sales taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the price displayed at the time of the order. Any applicable taxes and fees will be calculated and shown before you confirm your purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre‑order products.

You can pay by credit or debit card, and any other methods we may make available on our payment pages. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside the United States must be international bank cards that are accepted by our payment processor.

Secure online payment is made through third‑party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or others as indicated on the payment page). The information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of these systems is the sole responsibility of the respective payment processors and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address (physical or email) you specify when placing your order. Please pay particular attention to the accuracy of the information you provide.

For physical products, risk of loss passes to you when the products are handed over to the carrier. In the event of a lost package, we will work with you and the carrier to help locate the shipment or, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund according to the applicable warranty or refund policy for the product.

For digital products and services, delivery is typically made by email and/or via an online account or members’ area. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide is correct and that our messages are not blocked by your email provider.

Boothe Training Institute collects and uses your personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. law and our Privacy Policy.
